My Mentor speaks
“It is with great pleasure that I have been close to Mr.Alagarsamy for the past five years. We have so much in common that I admire his strong conviction in his way of living. At first, he is a good human being other than his professional excellence. He has the flair for hard work and systematic in his approach to whatever he undertakes. His sincerity and dedication have been matchless. His depth of knowledge in all practical areas has not made him complacent in craving for incessant learning. He is asset to the surrounding he is in. I wish him all the best in all his endeavours...”The objective of education is to unfurl the hidden talents in the learner facilitated by a good teacher. Quality education is the outcome of a multifactor system involving the student, teacher, environment and curriculum. While the role of teacher is prime in making education enjoyable and effective,
other stakeholders such as parents and employers also contribute significantly in determining the quality of education.
